Period Problems

Big symptoms include:
If you suffer any of these symptoms it usually means that things are not working as they should be. Chinese medicine may be able to help with the pain and stress associated with these symptoms.
Chinese medicine for period pain
From a Chinese medicine perspective, poor blood flow to the uterus, kidney function weakness, cold in the uterus, poor liver function and inflammation, are the most common culprits behind period pain.
Normalising periods
We focus on treating to reduce or eliminate pain, normalise period temperature and get your body into a rhythm of producing more regular periods with normalised bleeding. Once these areas have been addressed, most people report the added bonus of a significant improvement in their energy levels.
Acupuncture
We use acupuncture and diet to improve blood flow to the uterus and lower abdomen, strengthen your kidneys (which have a large influence on your reproductive function) and your liver, warm your uterus and reduce inflammation naturally.
